Sr Fazida Amir serves as the Director and sole proprietor of Northgate Real Estate Consultants. She started her career as an Assistant Valuation Officer at Jabatan Penilaian & Perkhidmatan Harta, Butterworth in 1983 after she obtained her Diploma in Valuation from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She then pursued her degree in Bachelor of Land Economy (Hons) in University of Aberdeen, Scotland in 1985. She graduated in 1989 and joined C.H Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd., Butterworth as Valuation Executive and later transferred to Alor Setar branch in 1990. She was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2002 and was there till 2011. Thereafter, she joins Intra Harta Consultants (North) Sdn Bhd, Kedah as the Valuation Director and served the company for one year. In 2012 she resigned and subsequently formed Northgate Real Estate Consultants.

She is registered with the Boards of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia as a Registered Valuer (V-0827) and Registered Estate Agent (E-2163). She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (MRISM).

She has acquired a depth of knowledge, experience and skills in property valuation of various types of residential, commercial, industrial, development and estate lands and special properties for various purposes. She has also vast experience in attending enquiries and negotiation for land acquisition cases
